AUTONOMOUS PURIFICATION SYSTEM AT CIFO

The Center for Innovation and Vocational Training (CIFO) in Tarragona required a new treatment plant to replace the existing one, which was deficient. The Landem team was in charge of the technical project for the implementation of the new autonomous treatment plant, which works according to the principle of total oxidation, also called prolonged ventilation. This highly innovative treatment plant offers aeration and decantation operations alternately in a cycle, thus achieving a very high performance. In addition, the new installation consists of a pre-treatment consisting of a manual roughing grid and the biological treatment by prolonged ventilation with operation for SBR loads with a built-in anoxic cycle.
