Technical due diligence of Hotel Aldiana, in Crete (Greece)

To analyze the costs of reactive maintenance and the growth possibilities of the Hotel Aldiana, located in Mochlos, on the island of Crete (Greece), the hotel chain SMY Hotels entrusted Landem with the drafting of a due diligence technique

The analysis contemplated the study at the level of architecture (degree of conservation of the structural and surrounding system), finishes and installations (verification of its current state and its degree of conservation). In addition, an urbanistic study of the current situation of the hotel was carried out and an economic assessment of the work required to remedy pathologies or deficiencies present in the building.

On the other hand, in collaboration with our trusted Greek architect office, the possibilities of expanding the hotel were analyzed.
