Hotel chain style book

The hotel chain SMY Hotels entrusted its architectural and engineering line to Landem. To cover this service, Landem relied on its architecture team, Lagula Arquitectes, who led the conceptual design and definition of the style book. The work also included the definition of the materials proposed in each of the rooms, showing a particularized exhibition room with the price and reference of each of the chosen materials. In this way, the style book and the defined archetypal hotel are serving as a reference for the hotels that the chain is acquiring.

The enthusiasm deposited in this project led to the definition of a hotel chain line that identified the SMY Hotels chain, today, in full expansion. This initial work will help to maintain architectural criteria and distributions of spaces studied to guarantee the well-being and operability required by an installation of this type.
